1. Data Collection

AuthentiScan does not store your personal data on any server. When you upload an image, video, or text for analysis, the data is sent directly to the AI processing engine via secure APIs.

2. How Data is Processed

All analysis is performed in real-time. We use advanced AI models (like Qwen 3.5 and Gemini) to detect manipulation patterns. The content you provide is only used for the duration of the forensic scan.

3. No Permanent Storage

Your scan history is stored locally on your device only. We do not keep copies of your analyzed files or results on our backend servers. Clearing your history in the app permanently deletes all records.

4. Permissions

We request access to your Camera and Gallery only to allow you to select content for analysis. These permissions are used exclusively for the app's core functionality.

5. Third-Party Services & Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) to personalize ads and analyze ad performance. This data is handled according to Google's Privacy Policy.
